premium tapas-style approach, located in the heart of Geelong.

We focus on fresh ingredients, simple and healthy flavours, and food designed to be shared.

Inspired by the meaning of Tomodachi—friends—Maki is a space where friends and family gather

to roll, eat, and enjoy food together.
